Ask the Designer any question you may have. NOTE: If you have a plan modification question, please click on the Plan Modifications tab above.
Previous Q & A
Q:Is the bedroom door an in wall sliding door like the bathroom or something else?
A:The bathroom door is a “pocket” door, where the door slides into the wall. The bedroom door is a “Barn-style” door that is on the outside of the wall and slides in front of the wall. The door would be a “feature”.
Either opening could be revised to use either type door.
Q:How does the drainage work?
A:There is a 1% slope on the flat roof. The roof slopes toward the front parapet wall and is sloped again toward the scuppers to outside the wall and drain down the downspouts
Q:What is the roof pitch?
A:This is a flat roof with a 1% slope.
