Traditional Style House Plan 56715 has 1,706 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Exterior dimensions are 63' wide by 48' deep. This ranch style home includes a front-facing 2 bay garage and a lovely covered front porch. In addition, your family will enjoy a private rear covered porch which measures 28'6 wide by 9' deep.
One-Story Traditional Style House Plan
Walk inside Traditional Style House Plan 56715, and you are greeted by the wide open floor plan. The dining area is to your left, and it flows into the great room. Decorative ceiling beams add interest in the great room, and the 10' ceiling makes the living space feel even bigger. The great room is a blank canvas for the amateur interior designer. For example, there is no fireplace to break up the space, so you can arrange and re-arrange the furniture to your heart's content.
The kitchen can be finished with your favorite style cabinets and counter tops. We recommend white shaker style cabinets that reach all the way to the ceiling. The kids will spend time in the kitchen because they can perch on a barstool at the island and chatter about their day. Roll the barn door open, and you will love the large walk-in pantry which includes shelves, counter space, desk, and broom closet. It's a mini-office and control center for the home.
Split Floor Plan Layout
Traditional Style House Plan 56715 has the popular split floor plan layout. The master suite is located on one side of the house, and the children's bedrooms are on the other side. Mom and Dad like this arrangement because they have a quiet retreat. The master bedroom has a tray ceiling and a large walk-in closet.
